1. Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance procedures.

  • 🇺🇸 United States & Europe: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • 🌍 Other International Destinations: Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days depending on the region and logistics conditions.

  • 🛠️ Custom-Made or Special Orders: These require additional time for processing and production. Delivery may take 15–30 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Discreet Packaging & Privacy

Your privacy is our top priority. All products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name or product details visible on the outside. Billing statements and shipping labels will also avoid sensitive terms.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders are shipped with customs duties and import taxes included.
    Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

  • Lover’s Banana covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs to ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist in locating it.

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will resend the same item or offer a suitable solution.

  • If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier or delivery office directly.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or failure to collect may be resent, but additional shipping fees may apply.
